Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Build and run sales and marketing for our consulting services and the AITIGRITY platform, from first contact to signed contract.

About the role
Nord CS helps manufacturers and operators meet the Cyber Resilience Act, IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, NIS2 and TISAX, with consulting and with our AITIGRITY platform. You build our sales and marketing engine: you find the right companies, start the conversations and turn them into consulting projects and platform customers.
Your tasks
- Develop and execute our go-to-market plan for manufacturers in automotive, machinery, industrial automation, medical technology and energy.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, events, webinars and partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM, from first contact to signed contract.
- Plan and create marketing content such as website pages, articles, newsletters and LinkedIn posts, together with our experts.
- Lead customer conversations and prepare offers together with the founders.
- Measure results and keep improving our campaigns.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, industrial technology or SaaS.
- Experience with long, consultative sales cycles and technical buyers.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Confident use of CRM and marketing tools.
- Fluent German and English.
